Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist during surgical procedures Ensuring sterile environments and complying with infection control standards Providing instruments and supplies to the surgical team as needed Managing surgical equipment throughout all stages of procedures Keeping track of supplies to maintain readiness for upcoming surgeries Working collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to deliver seamless patient care Maintaining accurate documentation and surgical counts for all procedures Essential Educational Background:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program A high school diploma or equivalent is a must Required Certifications:
Current Certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire Essential Skills and Qualities:
