Wound Care IV Hydration Lab Draws Nursing Assessments Other Skilled Nursing Services • Educate participants, families, caregivers, and facility staff. • Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, hospitals, home care teams, ALFs, SNFs, DME suppliers, and other partners. • Initiate emergency treatment when necessary. • Process and document physician orders and care plan updates. • Complete incident reports related to falls, medication errors, grievances, and quality measures. • Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing training.
Qualifications • Associate Degree in Nursing required. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • RN Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. • Minimum 1 year of experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations. • Home Care experience preferred. • Wound Care experience preferred. Required Certifications • Current RN License • CPR Certification (AHA) or ability to obtain upon hire Additional Requirements • Reliable transportation required. • Valid Michigan Driver's License and current auto insurance. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Must be fully vaccinated (or willing to become fully vaccinated) for:
