For our location in Hanover, we are looking for you as a

Ready to make an impact instead of just taking notes? During your at least 6-month working student experience, you’ll get hands-on exposure to real change and integration projects and work closely with our team on meaningful initiatives that shape how people experience change in an international organization.

• Support exciting change and integration projects - from first ideas to real implementation
• Contribute to integration initiatives (e.g. post-merger or organizational integration projects)
• Help design and roll out communication campaigns that bring change to life
• Create engaging presentations, videos, and other communication assets
• Develop new, creative approaches to support change and engagement
• Support with analyses, research, and best-practice benchmarking

• Advanced studies - your field of study is secondary; what matters is your ability to think independently and work in a structured way
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good English skills, as you will work in an international environment
• Enjoy driving initiatives, developing new ideas, and working in a team
• Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility
