Key Responsibilities:
Assist clinicians during procedures, including prepping rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting patient care. Manage patient flow and clinic schedules to ensure punctuality and efficiency. Educate patients pre- and post-procedure, in person and over the phone. Perform administrative tasks, such as patient check-ins, scheduling, and charting. Capture professional-quality patient photos and manage social media content creation. Learn equipment care, medical protocols, and aesthetic treatment techniques. Conduct phlebotomy and prepare botulinum toxin (after 3 months). Observe and shadow various aesthetic procedures and attend trainings as available.

Requirements:
Active state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Interest in aesthetic medicine and the med spa industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to the program duration.
