This facility is seeking a dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 6/29 - 7/1 & 7/7 - 7/10 (7:00am-4:30pm with lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm) Huddle at 7am, first patients at 7:30am Setting: Clinic Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: fillings, ortho - Invisalign certified, crowns, bridges, restore implants, cosmetic dentistry. Number of dental assistants: 1-2 per dentist, number of hygienists: Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days Requirements: active state license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
