June 5th 7:30am - 2:00pm June 16th 6:30am - 4:00pm June 17th 7:30am - 5:00pm June 18th 6:30am - 4:00pm June 19th 7:30am - 2:00pm
Setting: Clinic Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: fillings, ortho - Invisalign certified, crowns, bridges, restore implants, cosmetic dentistry. Number of dental assistants: 1-2 per dentist, number of hygienists: 1 Credentialing timeframe: ~1-2 days Requirements: active state license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix electronic medical record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
