Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam. Experience: 1-year relevant pharmacy experience preferred but not required Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check. Other: Successfully complete pharmacy department orientation.
Pharmacy Technician II
Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam. Experience: 1-year relevant pharmacy experience preferred, but not required. Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check. Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (obtained within 6 months of hire). Other: Successfully complete pharmacy department orientation.
Pharmacy Technician III
Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam. Experience: 3 years hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience required. Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check. Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (obtained within 6 months of hire).
