Operating Room Rn You don't need to commute into Boston to experience a diverse and dynamic surgical environment. At South Shore Health, our community-based health system offers OR RNs the opportunity to work across a wide range of surgical specialties, caring for both adult and pediatric patients. Our nurses support both scheduled procedures and emergent cases through our Level II Trauma Center. Our collaborative perioperative team—including skilled surgical technologists and perioperative assistants—partners closely with nursing to deliver the highest level of patient care. Enjoy the benefits of a convenient commute with free parking and shuttle services, avoiding the cost and stress of traveling into the city. This role also offers a minimal call requirement (averaging three shifts per month), supporting a healthy work-life balance. Compensation Pay Range: $38.20 - $77.39 Responsibilities include:
Medication Administration Plan of care/Documentation/Patient Family Centered Care/Patient Experience Safety/Quality - Foster's a "Culture of Safety" through personal ownership and commitment to a safe environment. Professional Development: Assumes overall responsibility for own professional development by incorporating evidenced-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives as a part of ongoing nursing practice. Minimum Education - Preferred Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum Work Experience Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred Required Licenses/Certifications RN - Registered Nurse Primarily 7a-5:30p with rotation to nights and weekends as needed. Holiday and call requirements
