Clinical Experience: MD or DO degree with 10+ years of active or recent clinical practice experience in the United States, including direct clinical experience using Cerner and/or Oracle Health EHR platforms.
Healthcare Technology Transformation: Demonstrated experience leading or supporting clinical adoption, implementation, or optimization of health information technology, EHR platforms, or digitally enabled care models within healthcare organizations.
Clinical Workflow & Operational Improvement: Proven track record of driving improvements in clinical workflows, patient safety, clinician experience, operational efficiency, or care delivery through technology and process transformation initiatives.
Executive Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, health system executives, product and engineering teams, and IT leadership.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic EHR Modernization: Partner with C-suite healthcare leaders, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CEOs, to define and execute modernization strategies and transition roadmaps to Oracle Health's cloud-native, AI-enabled EHR ecosystem.
AI & Clinical Transformation Evangelism: Serve as a trusted clinical advisor on Oracle Health's AI-enabled EHR and Autonomous AI Agents, helping health systems address clinician burnout, workforce efficiency, revenue cycle performance, and patient engagement through safe, responsible, and scalable AI adoption.
Executive Customer Engagement: Lead executive-level discussions that align clinical, operational, and financial priorities with Oracle Health's strategic vision, strengthening strategic partnerships and enabling successful transformation initiatives.
Executive Influence & Stakeholder Alignment: Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels, leveraging influence, credibility, and strategic communication to align diverse perspectives, navigate competing priorities, and drive consensus around critical business and customer outcomes. Operate effectively in environments where authority is distributed across multiple decision-makers and success depends on collaboration, alignment, and organizational influence rather than formal reporting relationships.
Product Strategy & Market Intelligence: Translate insights from customer engagements, clinical workflows, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategy, innovation priorities, and roadmap recommendations.
Workflow Transformation & Adoption : Guide organizations through workflow redesign, change management, and adoption strategies that enable an "agent-assisted," technology-enabled model of care delivery while improving clinician experience, care quality, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enterprise Influence : Lead through influence across product, engineering, consulting, sales, customer success, and executive leadership teams to ensure clinical perspective informs enterprise strategy, product innovation, and customer transformation efforts. Navigate complex organizational structures and diverse stakeholder interests to accelerate decision-making, remove barriers, and drive strategic outcomes.
Executive Influence & Organizational Navigation: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and credibility with senior executives, physicians, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. Proven success driving strategic initiatives in highly matrixed organizations where outcomes depend on influence rather than direct authority. Ability to align diverse stakeholder groups around common goals while effectively navigating competing priorities, ambiguity, and complex decision-making structures.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
