Salary Range: $31.20 – $34.28/hr 32 hours/week Monday – Friday schedule No weekend rotation Permanent placement opportunity Skilled Nursing Facility setting with both short-term rehab and long-term care services
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations to improve independence with daily living activities. Responsibilities include patient assessments, individualized treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, balance and coordination training, adaptive equipment recommendations, patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The OT will document patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and support safe functional outcomes for both rehabilitation and long-term care residents. We are an equal opportunity employer.
