Über
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate and conduct employee safety training and toolbox talks. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its availability and proper use. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve safety concerns and implement improvements. Promote a strong safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement. Conduct audits and inspections for EHS MS
Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in safety coordination or similar role. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems. Ability to conduct training and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Certification in First Aid/CPR; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, good communication skill and preferably bilingual (Spanish/English) and computer skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hours (7:30 AM-5:00 PM). May be required to work some days on 2nd shift.
