The Part-Time Physician Assistant Float position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient's journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Physician Assistant who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases. We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant Float to join our dedicated and compassionate team at Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan supporting clinic locations in Grand Blanc, and Saginaw, MI. This part-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a leading network of fertility clinics, supporting patients throughout their reproductive care journey. Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups. Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments. Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds. Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine. Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education & Experience:
Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Women's health background preferred. Active BLS certification required.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills. Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility:
Must be flexible and available to travel between our Grand Blanc, and Saginaw, MI locations.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
