Prepares, distributes and delivers medications in accordance with CSH policies and procedures, The Joint Commission requirements, and Department of Health regulations. Performs clerical and administrative tasks in support of the day to day operations of the department. Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels Operates and maintains automated medication delivery systems and devices. Participates in department quality assurance programs and maintains appropriate quality assurance documentation. Trained and certified in IV admixture preparation including all regulatory and compliance requirements with required training and documentation. This may include preparation and handling of hazardous / chemotherapy medication if applicable. We are offering a sign on bonus up to $5,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements Required
High School Graduate, upon hire or High School GED
6 months compounding of IV medication Pharmacy Technician License, Arkansas Certified Pharmacy Tech ECPT, or Certified Pharmacy Tech PTCB, or Certified Pharmacy Tech, upon hire
