Prepare buffers and media (from
Review batch records for data integrity.
Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory.
Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab.
Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting).
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Support onboarding and training new team members.
What We're Looking For Experience: High School diploma required; college degree preferred. 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred. Customer service experience is a plus Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required)
Ability to work overtime as needed

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
