Requirements:
Active State of Maine or Compact RN license BLS certification required Minimum 3 years nursing experience Associate's degree in nursing
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct total nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients during the shift. Assume full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident/patient care. Participate in patient/resident and family education. Provide leadership by working collaboratively with team members according to established policies and procedures. Support quality management initiatives and act as a resource for the unit.
Compliance / Notes:
Local Travelers accepted - will receive a $10/hr lower local rate. Facility may cancel up to three shifts per 13-week assignment.
