Radiology Technologist Black Stone Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our growing Interventional Pain Management team. This position plays a vital role in supporting fluoroscopy-guided spine and pain management procedures, working directly alongside our physician to deliver exceptional patient care. This is a float position between our Salem and Corvallis clinics, and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. What You'll Do As our Radiology Technologist, you will be an integral part of the procedural team, providing fluoroscopic imaging support during interventional spine and pain management procedures. Responsibilities include:
Operate and manage fluoroscopy equipment during interventional pain management and spine procedures. Collaborate closely with the physician before, during, and after procedures to ensure efficient patient care and workflow. Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies. Position patients appropriately and ensure high-quality imaging throughout procedures. Assist patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and supported. Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Perform digital X-ray imaging as needed. Assist with clinical and procedural tasks to support patient care and clinic operations.
What We're Looking For
Current ARRT RT(R) certification required. Current Oregon Radiologic Technologist license required. Current BLS certification required. Experience operating fluoroscopy equipment preferred. Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine care, surgery, procedural medicine, or outpatient specialty clinics is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers and clinical staff. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Salem and Corvallis clinic locations.
