Dietary Director CareCore at Lima is seeking an experienced Dietary Director to oversee our dietary department and lead a team dedicated to providing quality meals and excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities:
Manage daily dietary department operations Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Oversee menu implementation, food ordering, and inventory Collaborate with clinical teams to meet resident dietary needs Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
ServSafe Certification Required Previous dietary management experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary regulations
