Overview Seeking a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Represent the company within the assigned territory and manage regional sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand regional dealer networks.
Create and execute regional sales plans and growth strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the industry.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Support pricing, quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, KPI tracking, and CRM reporting.
Promote the company's design-focused product offerings and brand positioning.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business development efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of regional sales, territory management, or account management experience.
Experience within the garage door, industrial door, building materials, construction products, or related industries preferred.
Proven success developing customer relationships and driving sales growth in competitive markets.
Strong business development and dealer/distributor network experience.
Ability to work independently from a home office environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management and follow-up skills.
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
Existing relationships within the garage door dealer network or building materials industry is a plus.
Benefits
Base salary ranging from $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience and region.
