Learn more at: GloFX.com/About ABOUT THE JOB We are actively seeking a motivated Sales Manager to expand our wholesale client base, focusing on outbound sales and building a strong sales culture. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, close deals to meet revenue targets, and coach our future sales team. The successful Sales Manager will have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for success, and be ready to lead the newly developed GloFX International Wholesale Department. WHO WE SELL TO: Domestic and International Resellers and Distributors Major Retail Brands (focused on Lifestyle and others) Event Vendors (Primarily EDM Events) Schools and Museums (STEM Focused) Custom, Promotional, and Branded Products Testing New Markets Primary Job Duties: Develop strategic outbound sales strategies Focus on both domestic and international growth Implement consistent sales activities via email, phone, and mail Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to grow accounts Analyze data and report to company executives Conduct market and demographic research Provide excellent customer service Manage collections and payments Coordinate lead times, production, and shipments with the Production Department Improve department systems and processes Collaborate with marketing to support growth strategies Develop a sales-focused growth culture Job Requirements: Proven sales success with a stellar record Ambition to drive change and continuous improvement Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop Ability to target markets and develop elaborate sales strategies Exceptional communication skills Flexibility and adaptability, with limited resources to produce positive ROI Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented leadership skills Ability to analyze data CRM experience (Zoho preferred) Ability to work full-time in our Tallahassee, FL office COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Sales commissions and bonuses Paid time off with flexible vacation policy 401(k) with matching contributions Casual work environment Opportunity to join an Inc. 5000 company and one of Tallahassee’s fastest-growing firms Application for { insert job title here } – {your full name} Applications Must Include: Resume 3 References 3 Reasons why you would be a good fit for the job
