WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Quality Assurance Lead will define and drive the quality assurance vision, strategy, and standards across SageNet's DTI organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role responsible for building QA capabilities from the ground up, including automation frameworks and AI-driven testing approaches. This role will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and influence quality practices across engineering, product, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and establish QA strategy, standards, and best practices across DTIBuild and implement QA frameworks, processes, and tools from the ground upLead the design and implementation of test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverageEvaluate, select, and implement AI-driven testing tools and capabilitiesDrive quality integration across the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, and infrastructure teamsEstablish quality metrics, reporting, and dashboards to provide visibility into risks, trends, and performanceLead complex testing efforts including integration, performance, and system-level validationInfluence release readiness, quality gates, and production validation strategiesIdentify systemic quality gaps and drive continuous improvement initiativesServe as a subject matter expert and thought leader for QA practices across the organizationRecruit and lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts onshore/offshore.
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in quality assurance with deep, hands-on expertise across manual and automated testing of Java, Python and .NET applicationsProven experience building QA functions, frameworks, or strategies from the ground upAdvanced experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including design and implementationExperience evaluating and implementing AI-driven testing tools or capabilitiesStrong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and software development lifecycle practicesExperience working in Agile and DevOps environments with the ability to influence quality across teamsDemonstrated ability to define standards, best practices, and scalable QA processesAbility to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes independentlyStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authorityExcellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managed services, enterprise platforms, or highly integrated system environmentsExperience with performance, security, and API testing strategies and toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern application architecturesExperience selecting and implementing QA tools, platforms, or enterprise testing solutionsExperience driving quality initiatives across multiple teams or departmentsExposure to data-driven testing, observability, or quality metrics frameworks
