LEAD THE TEAM | MODEL, INSPIRE, CHALLENGE, ENABLE, ENCOURAGE THE OPPORTUNITY:Under the direct supervision of the High Post Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for direct leadership and productivity of assigned Post Production employees, communicating with team members regarding performance, priorities, work load and deadlines. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm (40-45 hrs/week) Onsite at our Longmont, CO location A Typical Day (job functions) | Assign workflow + Prioritize + Review + Motivate Manage and direct daily priorities set by the Post Production SupervisorUtilize and understand reports to help manage priorities and determine priority goal achievementRead and understand work orders and profiles to ensure each account is processed correctlyEnsure all QC staff are following the profiles established for each customer and communicate any profile changesEnsure team members are appropriately trained in the areas of job responsibility, safety, and company policy Motivate all team members to achieve personal and department success Monitor attendance and analyze staffing needs to meet goals, keeping Workday updated and processing bi-weekly payroll sign-off procedures Conduct SIFs (short interval follow-ups with the team) and report performance to supervisorConduct quarterly performance and yearly increase reviews with employees in conjunction with the supervisorWorks actively with others in the department and company to achieve positive results Collaborate with supervisor to overcome any team member concerns and performance issuesRequest help from other areas to help meet goals Communicate with Inventory and RC regarding orders needing redo's and log the errors in the systemUpdate daily logsMaintain Lakeshirts acceptable standard of quality per garment. Inspect high post production garments for correct ink/thread colors, proper logo placement, labels, and general flawsReview processes periodically to increase efficiencyFollows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety Follows safety practices. Identifies problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards Other duties as assigned including special projects Skills (qualifications) | Effective Leadership & Communication + Assess Needs + Prioritize Bilingual in English and SpanishLeadership experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma preferred, but not requiredAbility to assess needs and prioritizeMust have knowledge of Syspro and Excel Excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem resolution, sound judgment, pro-active, people-oriented, flexible, organized, diplomatic, strong listening skills, reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, and result-oriented Ability to work well in a team Hours must be flexible according to workloadsHigh school diploma preferred, but not requiredAbility to work well independently and as a teamAccuracy is required, one must understand the order form and be able to countAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environmentMust be self-directed & self-motivatedAbility to be on your feet 8-10+ hrs/day
