ProScape Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a team in the field. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong landscape experience and wants to step into a leadership role that helps develop crews and keep operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Account and Production Managers to support crews, train new team members, and help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support landscape crews in the fieldFill in for crews when team members are outTrain and mentor new hires on production standards and safetyHelp crews stay efficient, organized, and productiveReinforce company processes and core valuesProvide coaching and feedback to help team members grow
Work Includes:
This role will work alongside crews and assist with:
Commercial lawn mowingLandscape and bed maintenanceWeed control in landscape bedsAnnual flower installationsSnow removal operations
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in commercial landscapingAbility to lead and motivate a crewStrong understanding of landscape production processesPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to give and receive feedbackFlexible team player who takes ownership of the work
