Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, GL, bank recs, and expense reporting Oversee cash management, forecasting, wires, ACH, and receipts Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, commissions, and tax filings Maintain inventory accounting, fixed assets, prepaid assets, and accrued liabilities Recommend and implement process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Advanced Excel skills. ERP experience
