Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee projects across light industrial, data centers, federal, and cold storage sectorsDevelop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost controlsCoordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clientsEnsure compliance with federal requirements, safety regulations, and technical specificationsManage procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersDrive schedule performance on fast-track, technically complex projectsIdentify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project successServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionProven experience in one or more of the following: light industrial, data centers, federal, or cold storage projectsFamiliarity with mission-critical systems, regulated environments, or temperature-controlled facilities preferredExperience managing complex MEP coordination and technical scopesStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
