RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patientsDocuments care in the electronic medical recordProvides feedback for individualizing resident care plans
STNA QUALIFICATIONS
Meet the state eligible requirements for STNAHas a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
