Property Soar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our client relationships by providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systemsResolve customer concerns and issues with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain a thorough knowledge of our property offerings and processesDocument interactions, feedback, and resolutions in company systemsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceAssist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and support requests
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or a professional services environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
