The Superintendent will take full ownership of field operations-from sitework through final turnover-while managing tight urban logistics and coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.

Description
Lead all onsite construction activities for ground-up commercial/mixed-use projectsManage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics in dense urban environmentsDrive schedule adherence, safety, and quality control initiativesCoordinate inspections, permitting authorities, and design teamsMaintain daily reports, lookaheads, and project documentationPartner with the PM on budget awareness and cost control
Profile
7+ years Superintendent experience with ground-up commercial projectsStrong Chicago urban construction experience preferredProficiency in Procore/Bluebeam or similar toolsAbility to manage multi-trade coordination and fast schedules
