MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in our New Jersey or New York offices to handle local and national accounts in New York and New Jersey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseloadConduct depositionsPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requests Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motionsTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time records
Candidate Requirements:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolOne plus years' experienceAdmitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New YorkExperience with motion practice and depositionsExperience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositionsCapable of independent workWork in an organized and efficient mannerSuperior research and writing skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to analyze complex matters
