Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school or college of pharmacy. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting, and/or completion of PGY-1 pharmacy residency. Minimum of five (5) years of experience using SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within an academic medical center or large integrated health system environment with exposure to pharmacy operations and clinical workflows. Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools. Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Epic preferred), pharmacy dispensing systems, claims data, or healthcare data warehouses. Experience analyzing large, complex healthcare datasets, including querying and integrating multiple data sources, along with proficiency in dimensional data models (e.g., star schemas, fact and dimension tables) Strong analytical, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical information to clinical and operational stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience in pharmacy informatics, healthcare analytics, or clinical data reporting. Experience analyzing pharmacy financial performance, cost-benefit analysis, or drug utilization programs. Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives, medication safety programs, or regulatory reporting. Experience with clinical research methods or biostatistics, including proficiency of R or other statistical analysis tools
Pay Range:
$120,000.00 USD - $160,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
