Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions addressing language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Work in harmony with fellow healthcare professionals-including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, and families-to ensure seamless care. Provide essential education to patients and families that empowers progress outside of clinical sessions. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain continuity of care. Keep precise and timely records in compliance with all legal and organizational requirements. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA. Certifications
Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment. Skills
