Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' individual needs and develop unique therapy plans focused on achieving their personal functional targets. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate ongoing progress beyond sessions. Track and Adjust Patient Progress: Keep accurate documentation to monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure continued success. Educational Background
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications Certifications Required
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Desired Skills
