Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of construction safety experience OSHA 30-Hour Construction (within the last 5 years) Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards Willingness and ability to travel for projects Ability to lead training, communicate effectively, and engage crews BCSP Certification ☆ Preferred Qualifications:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification CHST or CSP certification (or working toward one) MSHA Blue Card holder (surface or underground) for the Mining Project Opportunities Experience on Data Center, AI, or Distribution projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Compensation:
$50/hour regular time $75/hour overtime $130/day per diem (7 days a week)
