Full Time | Monday-Friday NO holidays or weekends! $72,800-$79,040/year + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week) Make a Real Impact - One Child at a Time. Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you'll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth-3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments-homes, daycares, and the community. What You'll do:
Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
Mentor OT students and assistants What You'll Need:
Licensed OT in MA
Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
Strong communicator & team player
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening. Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required. Early Intervention experience is preferred Benefits You'll Love:
