Position Details: Laboratory Medical Technologist- Morristown, VT Location : Morristown, VT 05661 Project Duration : 13 weeks Salary Range : $40/hr - $41/hr
Shift : 3x12-hour shifts weekly (Days/Evenings) Job Summary The Laboratory Medical Technologist performs laboratory analysis and reports results according to departmental procedures and regulations while maintaining quality control and laboratory equipment standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned laboratory analysis and report accurate results
Maintain quality control procedures and documentation
Maintain laboratory equipment according to instructions and maintenance schedules
Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff
Perform receptionist and phlebotomist duties as needed
Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare staff to support quality patient care
