Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design customized treatment strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Implement proven therapeutic practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks Collaborate with Health Care Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and supportive nurses to guarantee comprehensive, holistic care Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to sustain progress beyond clinical settings Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep meticulous records of clinical developments and modify treatment plans when necessary to ensure alignment with patient goals Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Encouragement and support for pursuing continuing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications Required
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory Skills Needed
