If you possess:
A High School Diploma with at least one year of experience as a Psych Tech or equivalent. Currently listed on the Nurse Assistant Registry operated by the North Dakota Department of Health (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment). The ability to obtain within six months of employment: CPI Certification, Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting, and First Aid (if applicable for PRTF). BLS or BLS instructor certification upon hire (American Red Cross, American Safety and Health Institute, or American Heart Association accepted). Physical and mental health, emotional maturity, and strong interpersonal competence. A demonstrated ability to effect planned change in a positive manner. The capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Skill in resolving conflict and crisis situations with grace and empathy. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. An understanding of human development across the lifespan. Excellent communication, reading, writing, and computer skills. Bonus Points If You Have:
A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field. Graduation from a Psychiatric Assistant or Nurse Aide training program. One year of experience in the Behavioral Health field. Are a current nursing student or a student studying a Human Services field.
