Job Description As a Cath Lab Tech, you will play a vital role in assisting with cardiovascular procedures and ensuring optimal patient care. Your expertise will be essential in the operation of imaging equipment, preparation of patients, and collaboration with medical professionals in the catheterization laboratory. ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients for catheterization procedures by explaining the processes involved and addressing any questions or concerns. Assist cardiologists in performing cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and related procedures. Operate x-ray equipment and related devices to obtain high-quality images during procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort during procedures. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Document patient information and procedure details accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureValid certification as a Cath Lab Tech. Experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting preferred.
