RN – Medically Complex Group Home | Night Shift Central Florida Care Group Inc | Poinciana, FL Full-Time · Part-Time · PRN Available This isn't a typical facility role. You'll work with a small, stable team providing hands-on care to medically complex residents in a home-like setting in Poinciana — where your clinical skills make a real difference every shift. What you'll do:
Daily patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Medication administration (oral, enteral, inhaled) Ventilator care and tracheostomy suctioning Tube feedings and chronic disease management Accurate documentation and timely status reporting Coordinate and accompany residents to medical appointments Collaborate with other RNs, MDs, and the broader care team
What you bring:
Active Florida RN license Minimum 2 years of RN experience Pediatric, ICU, or PCU background preferred Ventilator/tracheostomy experience a strong plus Experience with developmentally disabled patients welcomed
Background check: This position requires a clear Level 2 Background Check.
