BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One of the following credentials required prior to hire: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI); Cardiocraphic Technologist specializing in Electrophysiology credential from CCI; OR Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Vascular Interventional Radiography, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography specializations acceptable. Experience working in a hospital Cath Lab or similar interventional environment. (Client requires competency in Cath Lab procedures and modalities.) Ability to scrub and monitor multiple modalities during procedures. Willingness to participate in required on-call/call rotation. State-specific licensing when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Experience with Philips Azurion and Allura systems, Mac-Lab Hemo system, and Medhost EHR preferred. Experience with combined Cath Lab, IR, vascular procedures and device cases preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 07:00–15:30. Team structure: three-person procedure team (two techs and one RN) for procedures and call. Required to scrub and monitor across modalities during procedures. Call required.

As a traveling cath lab technologist, you will support high-quality cardiovascular care by assisting in diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining sterile fields, monitoring vitals and rhythms, and educating patients on post-procedure care. Your role contributes to timely, effective treatment and improved patient outcomes. Cedar Park is a suburban community north of Austin with recreational and cultural options. The city is approximately 20 miles from downtown Austin and about 30 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Nearby attractions include Lake Travis for boating and water recreation, Brushy Creek Lake Park for trails and fishing, and the Hill Country for hiking and scenic drives. Local amenities include shopping and dining centers in the Lakeline and Brushy Creek corridors and convenient access to major highways for commuting to Austin-area cultural venues and events.
