Complete nursing screenings and assessments for new admissions according to program protocols. Administer, monitor, and document medications in accordance with physician orders and company policies. Supervise medication distribution and self-administration processes for residential clients. Monitor client health status and communicate concerns to the treatment team. Coordinate referrals and linkage to outside medical services when necessary. Provide individual and group education regarding medications and health-related topics. Maintain accurate medical records, medication logs, and client documentation. Assist psychiatrists and other medical providers as needed. Partner with Operations leadership to order and maintain medical supplies and equipment. Participate in weekly clinical and interdisciplinary team meetings. Cross-train and support other departments as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Current and unrestricted California LVN license. Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience required. Current CPR/First Aid certification. Successful completion of health screening, TB clearance, and background check.
Preferred:
Experience working with adolescents (ages 12–17). Experience in behavioral health, mental health, psychiatry, substance use treatment, or residential treatment settings. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and adolescent development.

Compensation $40.00 – $45.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
