Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:
