Job Responsibilities
Sales & Order Processing Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and issue quotations in line with company pricing and guidelines Maintain and update customer records within CRM/ERP systems Track and manage order progress from enquiry through to delivery Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant
Customer Support Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers Resolve or escalate customer queries, complaints, and order issues Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
