Schedule Shift: 06:00 - 18:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. The LPN will be responsible for assisting in the rehabilitation process, ensuring patient comfort, and monitoring health status. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureValid LPN license. Current BLS certification.
