Employment Solicitor Annual Salary: Competitive Location: Dublin Job Type: Full-time Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role is suited for a professional with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, who thrives in both team and independent settings. Day-to-day of the role: Handle both employer and employee sides of employment law litigation. Manage cases across all stages of litigation including the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Labour Court, and High Court. Perform advocacy roles in various legal settings. Work independently to manage a busy caseload while also collaborating effectively within a team. Engage directly with clients, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment law. Strong organisational, administrative, and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and consistently meet deadlines. Must be a strong team player and fit well with the practice's culture. Benefits: Competitive salary.
