Schedule Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with expertise in long-term care (LTC) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support for daily living activities and patient care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on patient well-being and comfort. ResponsibilitiesAssist with ambulation and mobility of patients Support patients with feeding and nutrition Perform routine hygiene tasks including bathing and mouth care Assist in turning and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries Manage incontinence care and assist with catheter care Utilize assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and transfer belts for safe patient transfers Monitor and document vital signs as instructed Provide skin care and pressure injury prevention Label and transport specimens as necessary Follow infection control practices including donning and removing PPE Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting Current CNA certification and New York State licensure in hand Basic knowledge of patient care and safety practices Experience with electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred) Why ARMStaffing?
