This role serves as a liaison between patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the continuum of bariatric care.Specifics:
-Position: Registered Nurse program coordinator -Department: Medical Group (Bariatric) -Location: Gateway Regional Medical Center 2100 Madison Ave. Granite City, IL 62040 -Position Status: Full-time Education Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing
OR
Required: Graduate of a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics Certification Qualifications:
Required: Current Illinois Nursing License or Current Illinois Dietitian Nutrition License Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS) Experience Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience required. Experience in bariatric, surgical, or case management nursing preferred Company Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $ 34.97-52.46 per hour.
