Position: Studio Manager (General Manager)
Connecticut locations
Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity
Full-time
Top performers regularly exceed $70K+.

What You’ll Own Lead the Studio Business
Drive membership sales and retention
Manage daily operations and staffing
Execute local marketing and outreach
Build a Strong Team
Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
Set expectations and track performance
Develop future leaders
Run the Numbers
Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
Identify issues early and act quicklyKeep the studio on track week-to-week
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals
Strong organization and follow-through
Confident leading conversations and coaching staff
High-ownership mindset
