Overview Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 465 - Wilmington, DE 19803 Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, with a preference for Saturdays and Sundays; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and colleagues. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report and provide competitive insights. Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Welcome customers, assess their needs, and suggest suitable products. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort, accomplishing related results as needed. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Keep workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Stable, weekly schedule.
