1.Conduct market insights on industries related to North America (the United States/Canada), monitor industry development and market dynamics, and track and identify industry opportunities and market trends; 2. Focusing on high-quality clients in the North American industry, the key tasks include identifying, developing, conducting business negotiations, and providing customer service for major corporate clients, aiming to achieve benchmark projects with significant influence and brand impact; 3. According to the company's established sales strategy, carry out market promotion for various products, including customer development, business public relations, project follow-up, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and after-sales service, to gradually achieve bulk procurement or large-scale expansion of clients; 4. Build a North American partner ecosystem, including but not limited to developing local partners, participating in and organizing North American-related industry exhibitions, industry organizations, and other activities, as well as integrating into the local industrial ecosystem; 5. Collaborate with other departments to drive the implementation of market strategic objectives; 6. Promptly provide feedback on North American clients' localization needs, offering constructive suggestions for product optimization, new product promotion, and innovative sales models to better serve the local market; 7. Analyze sales data and evaluate sales performance. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major unrestricted; with experience in large government or corporate sales-related industries, priority given to candidates with solution expertise or robotics industry sales experience; 2. Over 10 years of experience in market expansion in North America, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills; 3. Sharp market insight and customer perception, strong affinity, excellent negotiation skills, and influence over clients; 4. Excellent leadership and cross-departmental organizational coordination skills, including the ability to set goals, develop reasonable action plans, and mobilize internal and external resources for overall management; 5. Adapt to the fast-paced work environment of startups, possess strong teamwork spirit, and excel in presentation, communication, and business liaison skills.
