Account Manager, Inside Sales Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Overview RUCKUS Networks, a CommScope Business Unit, is seeking a dedicated, forward‑thinking, and driven individual to serve as an Account Manager, Inside Sales in Charlotte, NC. The role collaborates with field sales teams and ecosystem partners to drive new business and grow RUCKUS solutions. Key Responsibilities Work closely with RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that expand RUCKUS’s business and position RUCKUS’s solutions for new business to end users through the ecosystem of partners. Energetically engage with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead many projects to completion. Apply new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem. Utilize RUCKUS internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc. to meet customer expectations. Use CRM to manage business opportunities and apply the same for account planning. Champion the implementation of the RUCKUS Sales Methodology. Identify new fields of play and opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution. Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead‑generation tools, implement call‑out campaigns, and conduct cold calling of outbound clients. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Research and identify potential opportunities, craft and deliver qualified opportunities. Maintain and grow the database via D365 and SFDC. Ensure follow‑up activities, including calls to action, date completion profiles of information, and handle inbound calls converting them into sales leads. Required Qualifications Completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Innovative thinking with the ability to propose unique ideas to the team. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner face‑to‑face meetings. Experience with data‑driven, purposeful coaching. Self‑motivated and driven to succeed.
